The Automotive Skills Alliance (ASA) is actively reshaping Europe’s automotive and mobility landscape by empowering the workforce to tackle green and digital challenges head-on. Today, ASA brings together over 120 industry leaders, educators, social partners, and regions to bridge critical skill gaps essential for the automotive sector’s sustainability and competitiveness.
At the core of ASA’s forward-looking strategy is the Automotive-Mobility Ecosystem Academy (AMEA), an integrated education and training hub aimed at aligning workforce skills and training offers with industry needs.
AMEA is meant to offer and connect adaptive, modular training resources for all stakeholders, supporting smooth transitions to emerging roles and accelerating regional workforce transformation. Through collaborations across Europe, ASA supports skill innovation, lifelong learning, and competitiveness of the ecosystem stakeholders.
