Project PASS launches a stakeholder survey to inform assessment of key competences

Key skills and competences are increasingly discussed as important features of education and employability. Yet, the automotive sector at this moment lacks a comprehensive system for assessing these competences or structures for their development. The European project PASS is aiming to develop precisely that.

ASA stakeholders are invited to fill in the survey, which can take a maximum of 15 minutes. By taking part in it, you contribute to a more effective assessment of key competences in this sector. Further, your organization will be able to benefit from the research results and may have the option to participate in the pilot phases of key competence assessment.

PASS is a cooperation between the ASA, Newton University, the Slovak University of Technology, SPIN360 and VSB-TUO. Activities of the project are set to culminate in the development of a methodology for the assessment of key competences, the training of assessors and the the pilot assessment of individuals in the partner countries. For more information on key competences, read the Study on Key Competences State of the Art or visit the project website.
