The last edition of the EU Industry Days, which took place in early February, put the issue of skills at the centre of its program. Several stakeholders were involved in dialogues on transition pathways and discussed how policies at the European, national, regional, and local levels could foster innovation and create jobs and growth in Europe.
Two sessions were specifically addressing the importance of the Pact for Skills as a catalyser for supporting the upskilling and reskilling of the European workforce, showcasing how some of the ecosystems are joining this initiative. Also, a second session was addressing the challenges that SMEs have in this field. You can access both sessions here.
