In times of the twin transition, supporting talent, creating opportunities for lifelong learning, and upskilling and reskilling at local and regional levels are proving to be drivers of economic growth. The workshop explored regional strategies and best practices for retaining workers in automotive and energy-intensive regions. Participants gained an understanding of the challenges faced by employers and employees and learn practical solutions available for replication around Europe.
