Join ASA at EURegionsWeek 2024 to explore how automotive regions can attract talent and upskill workers in response to the green and digital transitions.
The European Week of Regions and Cities (#EURegionsWeek) 2024 is approaching under this year’s theme “Empowering Communities”. This major annual event dedicated to Cohesion Policy in Europe is returning to Brussels from October 7th to 10th. It will explore key solutions to regional challenges and opportunities, focusing on four main themes: Competitiveness and Convergence; Strengthening European Democracy in Regions; Smart and Sustainable Growth for Regions; and Regions Got Talent
As part of this event, ASA is co-organizing a workshop titled: “Driving Transformation: Talent Development in Automotive Regions”. The session is co-organized with the Representation of the Free State of Saxony to the EU, the Automotive Intergroup of the European Committee of the Regions (CoRAI), and the Automotive Regions Alliance.
Together the participants will dive into how automotive regions can attract new talent, particularly youth, and focus on retraining and upskilling workers in light of the green and digital transitions.
