The conference Skills (R)Evolution in the Automotive-Mobility Ecosystem organized on April 10, 2024 in Brussels, in the frame of the TRIREME Digital and Green Skills Towards Future of the Mobility Ecosystem project -a four-year Erasmus+ blueprint initiative, brought together industry leaders, education providers, social partners, and regional representatives for a deep dive into the current challenges and future prospects of skills within the automotive-mobility sector.
The conference publicly launches the TRIREME project, focusing on enhancing skills intelligence, updating training courses across the automotive-mobility Ecosystem, with a specific emphasis on Digitization Sustainability Circular Economy, Value Chain Resilience, and business models , and addressing the social implications of the twin transition on the workforce, while also assessing current educational and training hurdles and facilitating the rollout of project results to European Automotive Regions.
