The high-level political workshop “Driving Transformation: Talent Development in Automotive Regions” was the place to discuss the future of Europe’s automotive workforce.
Carmen Maeztu, Regional Minister for Social Rights, Social Economy, and Employment of the Gobierno de Navarra, and Thomas Schmidt, Minister for Regional Development of the Federal State of Saxony, represented the political perspective.
The cross-sectoral side was voiced by Judith Kirton-Darling from industriAll Europe and Petr Dolejsi from Automotive Skills Alliance/European Automobile Manufacturers’ Association (ACEA).
